With the surface already ready for final painting, it reduces processing time and ensures a uniform finish. It is also lightweight and has good mechanical performance.
TWIN Primed poplar plywood is a natural product manufactured using poplar veneers (at least 3 layers) overlapped with cross-grain and glued. The outer faces are painted white or other colors upon request. The paint used is water-based. It adapts to various fields of application thanks to its ease of processing and complies with Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/1464 on emission control, amending Annex XVII of the REACH Regulation. Upon request, it is also available with ULEF certification.
The main characteristics of the panels are: lightness, uniform faces and cores and good mechanical performance. All achieved with respect for the environment with minimal use of chemical additives.
Each panel undergoes 6 quality controls, one for each production phase.
