It is ideal for applications where reducing weight while maintaining stability and strength is important.
The TUTTO Pioppo chipboard panel is a single-layer board made of virgin poplar wood particles of different grain sizes, obtained from the chipping of trunk parts, branches and poplar trimmings, and from the recovery of waste material from the plywood production line with the addition of synthetic urea-formaldehyde (UF) based adhesive and subsequent pressing. It adapts to various fields of application thanks to its ease of processing and complies with Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/1464 on emission control, which amends Annex XVII of the REACH Regulation.
The main characteristics of these panels are: light colour, lightness and good mechanical performance. All achieved with respect for the environment and minimal use of chemical additives.
Each panel undergoes 6 quality controls, one for each production phase.
