Fire-rated to delay flame propagation and limit smoke, increasing project safety. It is also lightweight and has good mechanical performance.
The IGNIPASCOMP fire-rated poplar plywood is a natural product manufactured using exclusively poplar veneers, individually fire-treated and overlaid with crossed grain and bonded together to obtain a fully fire-rated panel. It adapts to various fields of application thanks to its ease of processing and complies with Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/1464 on emissions control, which amends Annex XVII of REACH Reg. Upon request, it is also available with ULEF certification.
It is classified according to UNI EN 13501-1 standard and therefore complies with Euroclass fire reaction B-s2, d0. The panel delays flame propagation, limits smoke and does not form incandescent droplets.
Each panel undergoes 6 quality controls, one for each production phase.

IGNIPASCOMP plywood is a fully fire-rated poplar multi-layer panel, obtained through fire treatment of each individual veneer before bonding. This process ensures uniform fire protection throughout the entire panel structure.
IGNIPASCOMP plywood is classified according to UNI EN 13501-1 standard as Euroclass B-s2, d0, one of the best classes for wood-based materials. It also complies with UNI EN 45545-2 standard (railway sector) with R1 requirements.
