REQUEST INFORMATION

Safe and healthy for people

Plywood and chipboard designed to ensure safety and well-being in public facilities used by many people.

In public projects, materials must meet high safety, durability, and well-being requirements. Poplar panels represent a versatile solution for cladding, furnishings, and technical components, thanks to their workability and healthiness. They can be used in schools, offices, healthcare facilities, and collective spaces, facilitating the creation of custom solutions and integration with other building systems. Fire-retardant versions are particularly suitable for environments subject to stringent regulations, while low-emission panels help improve indoor air quality.

  • Interior cladding and paneling: walls, exposed surfaces, and decorative systems.
  • Furnishings for public spaces: offices, schools, healthcare facilities.
  • Suspended ceilings and modular systems: integration with installations and infrastructure.
  • Partitions and compartmentalization: separation of environments and functional areas.
  • Technical compartments and system covers: housings for electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Supports for finishes: laminates, paints, and coatings.
  • Temporary and permanent installations: exhibition, institutional, and collective spaces.

Ideas and use cases

Why use poplar plywood and chipboard?

A natural choice for those seeking lightness, consistent quality, and environmental responsibility, without compromise.

Lightweight and strong

With a low density, the panel helps contain the weight of structures. This quality is evident when the material is processed, moved, and assembled. The wood provides support without requiring unnecessary reinforcement.

They improve air quality

Virgin poplar plywood and chipboard made with natural adhesives eliminate formaldehyde emissions, making environments healthy and safe for people.

Beautiful and uniform

The light color of poplar runs through the panel from one face to the other. This consistency reduces uncertainties during processing and keeps the material visually clear even when exposed.

Sustainableand eco-friendly

Poplar chipboard and plywood are manufactured with limited use of chemical additives. Poplar cultivation keeps forest stocks alive through the periodic planting of new trees.

Recommended panels

The panels suitable for public projects are ALL Poplar plywood, NAF Comfortply Plywood, the fire-retardant IGNIPASCOMP, and the fire-retardant chipboard IGNIPAS, which allow the creation of elements with high safety and health standards. Fire-retardant versions are recommended to increase safety, while NAF plywood is ideal for interiors where attention to air quality is required.

Other panels

Some projects may require the integration of specific panels for finishing, lightening, or production optimization needs. Among the most commonly used are IDROPAS chipboard, suitable for applications with greater moisture exposure, TWIN Okoumé for premium finishes, and TWIN Primed, ideal for surfaces ready for painting.
