A panel developed to minimize formaldehyde emissions and improve the quality of indoor living spaces.
The Comfortply plywood is produced with technologies oriented towards sustainability and indoor environmental quality. The panel is made with a bonding system completely free of added formaldehyde, based on natural components, which allows emissions to be reduced to near-zero values.
It adapts to various fields of application thanks to its ease of processing and complies with Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/1464 on emission control, amending Annex XVII of the REACH Regulation. Upon request, it is also available with ULEF certification.

Frequently asked questions
Here you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions about panels and applications. For any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
NAF plywood is a panel made without added formaldehyde in the adhesives. Bonding occurs through natural components, allowing emissions to be reduced to very low levels and making it suitable for indoor applications.
The main advantage of NAF plywood is the reduction of formaldehyde emissions, which helps improve indoor air quality. Added to this are lightness, workability, and good strength, typical characteristics of poplar plywood.
NAF plywood is mainly used in indoor environments such as furniture, wall coverings, light construction, campers and caravans, healthcare environments, and shopfitting—essentially in all contexts where it is important to limit emissions and ensure healthy spaces.
Yes, NAF plywood can be used in sustainability-oriented projects thanks to its low emissions.
Yes, NAF plywood maintains the main characteristics of poplar plywood, such as lightness, stability, and ease of processing. The main difference lies in the bonding system, designed to reduce the impact on emissions without compromising the panel’s use.
