Doing business is a great privilege, but also a great responsibility and, in a company like ours, we believe that social responsibility is essential and necessary. Against this background, in order to help families overcome the current complex reality marked by war, high energy costs and inflation, the company Invernizzi, which has already allocated in the current year a welfare bonus of € 600, decided to grant all its employees an additional one-time benefit in form of corporate welfare. The benefit will be up to € 2,400 tax free, that should increase the purchase power of households and is aimed at improving their quality of life This choice is part of a Corporate Welfare project, already in place since 2018, which includes food vouchers and reimbursement of household utilities, subsidies to families for education and educational services (e.g. reimbursement of the purchasing costs of textbooks for pupils) leisure package (sport, travel, culture and leisure, personal training and development), wellness and health package (e.g. reimbursement of health costs), local public transport subscriptions and supplementary social security.
