Single-layer panel consisting of virgin poplar wood particles of different grain sizes, coming from the chopping of woody material, with the addition of synthetic bonding based on urea formaldehyde (UF), fire-treated with salts and subsequently pressed. IGNIPAS fire retardant poplar chipboard panels by INVERNIZZI are produced using the parts of the poplar stem that, due to their structure or shape, do not adapt to the peeling for plywood production (e.g., twigs, trimmings, etc.) and from recycling of waste material from plywood processing. The special technical processes and exclusive know-how make the IGNIPAS poplar particleboard panels extremely resistant to fire. In fact, the product is classified according to the UNI EN 13501-1 standard and therefore complies with the fire reaction Euroclass B-s2, d0.

The company has involved in the sampling activily for the initial type testing (ITT) according to AoC1 the notified body LAPI for the Certification, inspection and testing according to directive 89/106 CEE.
quality
A pink panel made exclusively using poplar chips, low in weight, with a gross scaled surface. The proper choice for veneering.
gluing
The poplar chipboard Invernizzi is produced with urea glue and classified according to the UNI EN 312 type panels P2 - Requirements for boards for interior fittings (including furniture) for use in dry conditions.
