Single-layer panel consisting of virgin poplar wood particles of different grain sizes, coming from the chopping of woody material, with the addition of synthetic bonding based on urea formaldehyde (UF) and subsequently pressed. Poplar chipboard panels by INVERNIZZI are produced using the parts of the poplar stem that, due to their structure or shape, do not adapt to the peeling for plywood production (e.g. twigs, trimmings, etc.) and from recycling of waste material from plywood processing. The main features of the panels are: light colour, low weight and good technical performances. The product is manufactured in the maximum respect for the environment with the least use of chemicals.

Thanks to its characteristics of good dimensional stability, appreciable physical-mechanical performance and especially thanks to its lightness (due to the fact of using poplar wood) and its light color, the TUTTOPIOPPO panel is very ductile and can be used in various sectors such as:
A completely white panel made exclusively using poplar chips, low in weight, with a gross scaled surface. The proper choice for veneering
The Invernizzi poplar chipboard can be produced in CLASS 1, that is through an ureic gluing method that is suitable to panels used in dry places and in interiors (UNI EN 636-1).
Regarding the formaldehyde emission, the Invernizzi chipboard can be:
